The main idea of this project is to help Australian blood banks to fulfil their annual blood requirements to implement it in different resources, such as, supplies for emergencies, cancer treatments, plasma based treatments and for chronic illness, all of them by blood type, by creating a feature update where donors are informed, supported and motivated to keep donating.
The primary purpose of the project is to develop a feature update to enhance the donor experience by effectively communicating essential information through the whole donation process. Currently, the app falls short in several key areas:

Before the Donation: Hydrate, eat, and avoid alcohol and drugs.
At the Donor Center: Tips for staying relaxed.
After Donation: Continue to hydrate, eat well, get enough rest, avoid strenuous exercise, and have contact numbers ready in case they feel unwell.
Additionally, the app does not inform users about their donation breakdown, such as the volume of blood donated or how much plasma they have contributed. Lastly, the app lacks features that inform users about the management of their donations and the impact these donations have, which could significantly enhance donor engagement and satisfaction.
The booking process is intuitive and straightforward, It has an adequate the number of steps required for users to complete the task. The app collect essential information, such as donor eligibility. After booking, users receive a confirmation that integrate a calendar feature.
The process shouldn't end here; customer support is essential. Establishing a few next steps to maintain communication with the donor is crucial for reminding them about their donation and building their confidence and motivation.
Users are not been informed about their donation breakdown. The app only show a donation history where is found irrelevant information such as donation centre and location.
Clear blood donation documentation allows donors to accurate reviews of records in case it is required. User donation breakdown is indispensable.
